What exactly is RockMyWiFi?+

RockMyWiFi is a cloud platform for creating branded guest WiFi connection experiences, collecting permission-based contact information, and understanding guest activity across one or more locations.

Does it replace my internet or WiFi hardware?+

No. RockMyWiFi works with supported professionally managed WiFi environments. We review the network before activation and confirm compatibility without unnecessary hardware replacement.

How can guests log in?+

Campaigns can offer email, SMS, passcode, open-access, and returning-guest experiences. SMS login requires the optional $20/month SMS add-on; the other listed methods are included with standard packages.

Does every contact automatically receive marketing?+

No. A completed WiFi login and permission to receive marketing are different things. RockMyWiFi keeps the guest’s consent choice visible and distinct.

Can RockMyWiFi send follow-up emails automatically?+

Yes. Build an email from a curated design or your own layout, personalize it with guest and location details, and add it to a Guided or Visual Automation. Both builders work from the same workflow, so you can switch views without rebuilding it. Messages can use the managed platform delivery service or a configured SMTP profile.

Can RockMyWiFi create a campaign from my website?+

Yes. The AI-enhanced builder can review a business website and propose branding, imagery, and campaign content as a starting point. You review what was found, choose what to include, configure login options, and approve the result before the Campaign is created.

How does multi-location pricing work?+

The most expensive primary site is billed at its standard tier. Every additional active location under the same organization and consolidated billing account receives 15% off its applicable site price.

Is onboarding included in the monthly rate?+

Platform access is billed monthly. Network review, activation, onsite work, or specialized integration is scoped separately so each business pays only for the implementation it actually needs.
